Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Final Sale Items

Certain products sold by SB Paperie are final sale and not eligible for return.
This includes items from select collections, such as custom-made or personalized products.

Final sale items are clearly noted on the product page and/or within the collection description. Items from these collections cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sbpaperieshop@gmail.comwith clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once fulfillment or production has begun. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.
